Heli-Fishing Seasons & Species
B.C. RIVERS WE FLY FISH YEAR-ROUND
We are authorized to guide heli-fishing trips in over 180 water bodies in B.C. We can fly fish coastal streams located on the mainland from Vancouver to Terrace and most remote rivers on Vancouver Island.
Heli Fishing "Walk and Wade" day trips are conducted on rivers close to Squamish, Whistler, and Vancouver. By travelling to these rivers we are able to maximize your time on the water. Depending on what species you are interested in and what time of year you are here will determine the river we will target.
Our "Keep the Heli" trips offer us the ability to travel further along the BC coast to even more remote rivers in search of bull trout, cutthroat trout, and coho salmon.
Finally our heli-fishing lodge trips are mainly focused on targeting fresh coho salmon in very remote areas of B.C.

"Last summer myself & my boys had the fishing trip of a lifetime. We went heli fishing in the Rocky Mountains. We were all alone in a beautiful serene environment fly fishing for bull trout. Clint was excellent at teaching us the technique of fly fishing on the river. He worked one-on-one until we got it right and he is a great teacher. He clearly wanted us to have a great experience. We caught great bull trout, saw a black bear, and many other natural beauties. The scenery alone is worth it and it’s awesome fishing once you get the technique down. Well worth it. Clint’s a great teacher and the trip is amazing."
